NEW YORK STEAK: 10oz-cooked to order. Served with mashed potatoes, asparagus, finished with mushrooms in a rich demi glaze.

BBQ PORK RIBS: Half slab of ribs, sweet potato fries, coleslaw topped with our house made BBQ sauce.

CHIPOTLE SALMON: Grilled Alaskan salmon topped with a chipotle cream sauce. Served over mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach.

CHICKEN MARSALA: Pan seared chicken breast simmered with a mushroom-garlic marsala sauce served over mashed potatoes topped with sautéed mushrooms.
